(1) After taking a sample of such grain material in accordance with this regulation for the suspicion that any grain material is contaminated, if the grain inspection officer sees that the material should be withheld so that it is not sold, distributed or embezzled, then with the approval of the local authority, the entire stock of that material or a part of it as suspected, shall be taken over. will be able to keep and shall pay compensation to the concerned person in accordance with the format specified in Schedule-5 of the feed material taken over in this way.
(2) If it is found that it is not necessary or possible to keep the material under his responsibility according to sub-rule (1), the owner of such grain material shall be given an order in the format as per Schedule-6 by making a document to keep the counterfeit material safely.
